About the Event

This past year has been a unique and stressful time.  We are all aware of the challenges encountered..  So, what better time than now, to restore a sense of balance to our lives.  I would like to invite you to join me for an hour of discussion and brief, guided meditation practice.  We will explore how mindfulness practice helps us to navigate stress, increase clarity of mind and deepen self-awareness.
